● Make it look like your organization

Yes. Simon Says Sign Up is fully white-label. Upload your logo, set your brand colors, and add a header image under Admin → Organization. Your branding is applied to your public organization page and to every sign-up sheet, so participants see your church or nonprofit — not ours.

Yes. Custom logo, colors, and header image are included in your plan — branding is never an upsell or locked behind a higher tier.

No. Simon Says Sign Up is completely ad-free, with no third-party branding or upsells on your sign-up pages. Your volunteers see a clean page that represents your organization and nothing else.

● All your sheets in one place

Yes. Every organization gets a single public home page at simonsayssignup.com/your-org-name that lists all of your active sign-up sheets together. Share that one link and participants can browse everything you have going on.

Absolutely. Share your organization page and it always shows your current active sheets — no need to send a new link every time you create a sheet. (Each individual sheet also has its own short link if you'd rather share one directly.)

Yes. You choose a custom URL slug for your organization (for example /gracechurch), so your one-page hub has a clean, memorable address you can put in a bulletin, email, or social post.

● Sign-ups

No. Participants just enter their name and email — no account, no password, no friction. They get a confirmation email with a link to cancel if their plans change.

Yes, when you enable Allow Quantity on a sheet. For example, a volunteer bringing three dozen cookies can enter a quantity of 3 instead of signing up three separate times.

Yes. Add custom fields such as text boxes, dropdowns, checkboxes, and more — for example “Dietary restrictions” or “T-shirt size.” Responses are included in your CSV export.

Yes. Participants click My Sign-Ups, enter their email, and receive a one-time code. Once verified they can see all of their sign-ups across every organization — still with no password.

● Sheets & slots

A sheet is the whole sign-up (like “Fall Festival Volunteers”). Slots are the individual things people sign up for within it — time shifts, items to bring, or roles like “Greeter.” Each slot has a capacity.

Your plan includes unlimited slots per sheet and up to 25 active sheets at a time. You can close or archive sheets anytime to free up room for new ones.

Yes. On a sheet's sign-ups page, click Export CSV to download participant names, emails, slot details, quantities, comments, status, and any custom-field responses.

● Reminders

Yes. Simon Says Sign Up automatically emails each participant a friendly reminder the day before their scheduled slot, so fewer people forget to show up.

No. Reminders are automatic for any slot that has a date — there's nothing to configure. As long as your sheet is active and the slot is scheduled, the reminder goes out on its own.

The reminder shows the event, the participant's slot and its time, the location (if you added one), and a link to cancel — which automatically frees the spot and promotes anyone on the waitlist.

● Waitlists

If you enable Allow Waitlist, participants can still sign up after a slot is full and are placed on a waitlist in order.

When someone cancels, the next person on the waitlist is automatically promoted and notified by email. They have 24 hours to confirm before the spot moves to the next person.
